This session was a treat and a half for me. Despite being frozen to the bone, I met this incredibly upbeat and warm family. The troop got dressed to meet me at my favorite local backdrop, Lincoln Park in West Seattle, to snap some photos. This afternoon was one of those trifecta shoots that really hit me hard in the feels. I love this family and seeing them during the fourth trimester, when it’s such a raw and tender time, was a true honor.

They are both insanely good looking, and so easy to shoot. They would have these quiet moments to themselves where they’d both start cracking up and moments later, they’d be hugging and be so naturally into each other. It’s not often that you meet couples that are affectionate and comfortable with a camera in their face, all at once.
